Residential Community Based on Christian Values
Welcome to Solana Bay — Paraguay
In Bella Vista, we are creating a residential community – a place for families who wish to raise their children in a healthy, safe, and values-based environment.
.
Project
Our master plan includes 50 residential homes on plots ranging from 640 to 1,500 m².
The community will be developed as a gated community with 24-hour security, offering peace, safety, and an environment where children can grow up carefree, with friends always close by.
A high-quality infrastructure with paved roads allows for pleasant walks and provides ample space for inline skating, scooters, and cycling.
Water, electricity, and high-speed internet are available 24/7.
Vision & Values
Solana Bay is a place of shared living and purpose – founded on Christian values, surrounded by nature, and fully focused on family life.
Free – close to nature – meaningful.
Here, children and teenagers are encouraged to experience freedom, movement, and joy.
Our aim is to guide them away from excessive screen time and a hectic lifestyle, toward genuine community, shared experiences, and time spent outdoors.
Playing together, discovering the world, and learning responsibility – that is our goal.
We are driven by the desire to give children a happy childhood and to create an environment in which they can grow into confident, balanced adults.
The recreational areas are designed as meeting places for community life: for barbecues, conversations, and board games – allowing adults to connect and enjoy meaningful time together as well.
